Department of Paediatrics

The units of the Department of Paediatrics are responsible for the provision of specialist care for children and adolescents in the Pirkanmaa Hospital District and, within the special responsibility area, for the provision of specialised care for children and adolescents that has been assigned to university hospitals because of its complexity. The Department includes the specialties of Paediatrics, Child Neurology, Paediatric Surgery and Clinical Genetics.
